The Digital City Model, DCM, represents the elevation and footprint, in vector or raster form, of built up structures on the ground.
The DCM provides up-to-date and detailed information on building elevation and footprints enabling the RF planners to:
• Compute wave propagation along streets
• Plan the position of micro cell antennas on building objects
• Avoid costly and time consuming field measurements
